About Paradox Resort Phuket

The birth of the Paradox identity began in 2019 with a team of experienced hoteliers who built together with a hospitality experience that is distinctive from the confining status quo of other hospitality norms.

The team wanted to create something tasteful and well-designed while remaining approachable, witty and clever; something that reflected the more undiscovered and "true" local spirit of Vancouver, Canada, where we started.

More importantly, still, our Paradox brand founders still hold to the core of their foundational belief in placing authentic human-to-human relationships first and strives to win the hearts of our people and global guests. We're old-school in nature and will always place human to human relationships over technological interactions.

Paradox Resort Phuket was built in various stages in the period between 1983 to 1988 and with the last additions of Plunge Pool Villas taking place in 2004. All buildings and villas span a total area of 22-acre. The resort has always been committing to sustainability, particularly in the areas of social, employee and environmental good practice.
